2024-2025 Registration Process

In-person Registration:

Drop off a registration form and check payment to American Chinese School on Saturdays between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. during the school term (please refer to the school calendar for the dates that we are opening). ACS is not physically open in the summer.

  • 請攜帶支票付款 Please bring check payment payable to American Chinese School”
  • 請填寫並攜帶學生註冊表格(每位學生一份):填寫正面,然後在背面選課。Please complete and bring a copy of the student registration form (one per student): Complete the front side, and make class selection on the back side.

Mail in Registration:

  • Mail check and Registration Form to: 郵寄支票, 註冊表 , 付款 payable to: American Chinese School
    • 郵寄 (mailing address): Wai Ming Kok, ACS Registration,5259 Amberwood Dr, Fremont, CA 94555。
    • 請在支票上寫上學生的姓名和您的聯繫電話號碼. Please write student’s name and phone number on check.
    • 請注意,育才中文學校的郵寄地址和上課地點不同。 上課地點為: 42000 Paseo Padre Pkwy, Fremont, CA 94539, 這地址並不能接收信件。Please note that the mailing address is different from the Physical classes‘, which are located at 42000 Paseo Padre Pkwy, Fremont, CA 94539. We do not have the ability to receive mail at this address.

Enrollment typically beings in late Spring for the following school year, with classes starting in early September (after the Labor Day Holiday weekend).

Please call or stop by the school during open hours to enroll your child. We encourage you to visit our school during class time, as you may wish to bring your child and observe the class. Our teachers and staff may also talk to your child and suggest an appropriate entry level based on the student’s age and/or existing knowledge of the Chinese language.

To enroll, complete the registration form and submit along with check payment payable to American Chinese School.

Admissions is first-come first-served, though we do accept year-round enrollment.
