Our uniquely designed “LEADERSHIP” program is designed to help build strong moral character in children and to guide them in becoming solid role models and great leaders.
Our year-round “LEADERSHIP” program helps children to develop these ten characteristic traits through group games, team-building projects, and role-plays. In many learning environments, children have learned about these traits in the abstract, but our program provides opportunities to practice appropriate behaviors and thinking that allows them to integrate learning into their own actions.
Love – showing deep affection toward others and a passion toward something
Encouragement – giving others support, confidence, or hope
Affection – selflessly showing care for the needs and desires of others
Diligence – committing to work toward a goal or a purpose
Endurance – dealing constructively and persevering through obstacles
Respect – being considerate of others’ feelings and using manners.
Self-Control – thinking through consequences before speaking or acting
Harmony – resolving disputes cooperatively and being quick to forgive
Integrity – doing the right thing in a reliable way with decency and fairness
Purposeful – showing determination or resolve in being intentional for a particular goal
Giving your child the best start in life requires strategic character-building opportunities coupled with academic boosts. Some programs will merely move children along through their system, but this one builds upon your child’s strengths and enhances them.
